Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Assurance to lead the transformation of quality practices across its identity security platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI quality roadmap, integrating AI across QA functions and defining AI-specific KPIs
• Transition QA engineers from manual testers to quality architects and foster an experimental culture focused on AI capabilities
• Own and deliver improvements in customer-reported defects by implementing AI prioritization and embedding quality practices early in the SDLC

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years in QA with 5+ years leading teams of 20+ engineers
• Proven experience in transforming quality delivery from manual to automated/AI-augmented
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML testing tools and automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/Agile methodologies
• BS in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
