Director of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

Leading workforce development and quality assurance initiatives, the remote Director of Quality Assurance will provide strategic oversight for training, AI readiness, and operational excellence across Revenue Cycle services while managing a team of professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise quality assurance programs and establish standards for consistency and service excellence in Revenue Cycle functions
• Develop and optimize workforce development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of Revenue Cycle teams
• Drive AI readiness initiatives to ensure effective adoption of AI-enabled tools across operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management or related fields
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or functional areas
• Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable Management, Clinical Denials, and Quality Assurance Programs
• Experience in Learning and Development and Workforce Performance Improvement
