Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering & AI-Driven Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency and coverage
• Lead and develop a quality engineering team focused on the enterprise order management system
• Establish robust test automation frameworks for APIs and web UI to improve coverage and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of quality engineering experience, including 3+ years leading automation initiatives
• Proven expertise in architecting automated test frameworks for APIs and web UI
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of quality gates
• Demonstrated success applying AI/ML techniques within QA frameworks
