Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality Engineering & AI-Driven Testing.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and integrate AI-powered testing solutions to enhance automation efficiency and coverage
Lead and develop a high-performing quality engineering team focused on the enterprise order management system
Establish robust test automation frameworks for APIs and web UI to improve coverage, speed, and reliability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
8+ years in quality engineering experience, including 3+ years leading automation initiatives at scale
Proven expertise in architecting and scaling automated test frameworks for APIs and web UI
Demonstrated success applying AI/ML techniques within QA frameworks
Experience with cloud infrastructure and automated provisioning (AWS) preferred
