Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate in the development and dissemination of quality improvement programs
- Manage quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
- Provide expertise in quality improvement and implementation science to optimize program outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
- 5+ years of experience in quality improvement or implementation science in primary care settings
- Experience with diabetes technology is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of diabetes and experience in practice-based research is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
