Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Primary Care and Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate in the development and dissemination of quality improvement programs
  • Manage quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide expertise in quality improvement and implementation science to optimize program outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Healthcare Administration or Public Health
  • 5+ years of experience in quality improvement or implementation science in primary care settings
  • Experience with diabetes technology is strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience in practice-based research is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
