Director of Quality Improvement
Job Summary
To drive clinical quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Quality Improvement will manage enterprise-wide quality measures, oversee data governance of membership-related information, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop the system culture and capacity for clinical quality improvement, including population health approaches and improvement methodologies
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to implement initiatives that advance the strategic roadmap for quality
- Provide coaching and technical guidance for quality improvement initiatives, focusing on project design and data interpretation
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a healthcare-related field (MHA, MBA, MPH, or equivalent) required; clinical background preferred
- 7+ years of experience in a healthcare setting leading quality/performance improvement programs, including 5+ years applying rigorous QI science methodologies
- Demonstrated experience with data governance and member/eligibility data management in a healthcare environment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders across various functions
