Job Summary
Leading the quality management framework for a growing healthcare organization, the remote Director of Quality Management will drive accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuous quality improvement for specialty pharmacy operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the organization's Quality Management Program, establishing key quality metrics and leading governance efforts
- Serve as a subject matter expert for accreditation standards, managing readiness, renewals, and compliance processes
- Analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and performance gaps, translating insights into actionable improvements
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced healthcare-related degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare quality, or accreditation
- Strong expertise in URAC, ACHC, and NABP accreditation standards
- Experience with quality programs, continuous quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is preferred
