Job Summary

Leading a team of clinical and operational professionals, the full-time salaried Director of Quality Operations will ensure high member satisfaction and client engagement while optimizing service delivery and managing provider networks in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of service delivery and network teams, ensuring efficient project coordination and professional development
• Design and implement quality management programs aligned with accreditation standards, monitoring compliance and performance metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience and streamline service delivery processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 7-10 years of experience in service delivery or operations management, preferably in the EAP, behavioral health, or healthcare industry
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing cross-functional teams
• Experience in provider network development and managing consultant relations
• Strong operational and strategic planning skills, with proficiency in data management and quality assurance systems
