Director of Quality Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Quality Systems & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing effectiveness of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish policies, procedures, and governance frameworks for core quality processes
• Act as a strategic quality partner to various cross-functional teams and ensure inspection readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, engineering, or related health science
• 10+ years of experience in Quality Systems, Compliance, and/or Quality leadership within a regulated industry
• Experience in designing and implementing Quality Management Systems
• Strong understanding of risk-based quality systems and continuous improvement concepts
• Familiarity with global regulatory expectations applicable to clinical development
