Director of Quote-to-Cash Systems

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end revenue lifecycle, the full-time remote Director of Quote-to-Cash Systems will manage the hybrid architecture of Q2C applications, oversee a team of direct reports, and serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional stakeholders within Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales, and Legal.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the hybrid Q2C architecture, ensuring alignment with revenue growth and compliance
• Lead and develop a team while establishing the Q2C Center of Excellence for governance and operational efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement across the Q2C lifecycle, managing integration design and data standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations or enterprise systems leadership with 3+ years managing direct reports
• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ configuration experience and knowledge of hybrid Q2C architectures
• Working knowledge of ASC 606 and its implications for system design and configuration
• Strong data fluency with experience in Snowflake or BigQuery data models for Q2C analytics
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed enterprise environment
