Director of Rack Systems Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Rack Systems Planning for Data Center GPU.

Key Responsibilities

• Own integrated planning for rack systems, ensuring alignment with demand signals and build plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration on rack-scale critical BOM items and ensure coherent planning across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ODM partners and support the development of contractual agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Deep experience in hardware program management, supply planning, or data center operations
• Proven ability to align demand and supply across external manufacturing partners
• Experience with commercial agreements and collaboration with legal and business development teams
• Strong background in driving cross-organizational execution on technical dependencies
