Director of Rater Training
Job Summary
To support the Neuroscience team, the full-time remote Director of Rater Training will provide strategic input for rater training and data surveillance services while ensuring the quality of clinical trial data and advancing evidence-based science.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic input for the scientific and functional integrity of rater training and data surveillance services
- Review and develop rater training plans and key risk indicators related to endpoint surveillance deliverables
- Support all aspects of rater selection, certification, training content, and data surveillance methodology plans
Required qualifications
- PhD or PsyD degree or its international equivalent in a clinical field
- Minimum of ten (10) years clinical research experience
- Minimum of five (5) years direct patient care experience
- Experience in Neuroscience highly prioritized
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
