Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of RCM Account Managers, fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
• Serve as the executive liaison for C-suite stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and strategic engagement
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
• 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams
• Proven track record with enterprise-level clients, including engagement with C-suite executives
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes and experience with RCM platforms
