Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of RCM Account Managers, ensuring a client-focused culture
  • Serve as the executive liaison for C-suite and board-level stakeholders, driving client engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery and implement strategies for account growth and retention
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams
  • Proven experience with enterprise-level clients and engagement with C-suite executives
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes and experience with RCM platforms
