Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of RCM Account Management to lead their Account Management team and enhance client satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of RCM Account Managers, ensuring a client-focused culture
- Serve as the executive liaison for C-suite and board-level stakeholders, driving client engagement and satisfaction
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track service delivery and implement strategies for account growth and retention
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare operations
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing client-facing account management teams
- Proven experience with enterprise-level clients and engagement with C-suite executives
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes and experience with RCM platforms
