Director of RCM Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of RCM Analytics & Client Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable owner for client setup and ongoing revenue cycle management (RCM) performance
• Monitor performance metrics, identify operational gaps, and implement corrective actions to enhance cash flow and client experience
• Oversee front-of-house revenue cycle processes and ensure adherence to payer requirements and operational policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations, healthcare analytics, or performance leadership
• Strong knowledge of claims management, denials, authorizations, and workflow optimization
• Experience in building and configuring Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and reporting environments
• Proven ability to manage escalations and conduct performance-driven conversations with stakeholders
