Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of RCM Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure HIPAA-compliant confidentiality with all client-related data
• Build and oversee the A/R team to manage accounts and mitigate AR backlog
• Assist in developing strategic plans to enhance RCM functionality and streamline processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing a high-performance RCM operation
• 7-10 years of insurance billing experience, including knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT guidelines
• Experience managing or working with offshore teams, preferably in India
• Strong knowledge of billing software and revenue cycle management principles
• Bachelor's degree preferred
