Director of RCM Services

Job Summary

Director of RCM Services is a full-time position responsible for leading and optimizing revenue cycle operations for ancillary services, ensuring financial performance and operational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own strategy and optimization of RCM Select and ancillary revenue lines, establishing KPIs and improvement initiatives
• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations for lab, imaging, and virtual care services, ensuring compliant billing and coding
• Lead execution and profitability of RCM Select offerings, defining service tiers and partnering with sales for onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive RCM experience in multi-specialty or ancillary-heavy environments
• Strong experience with lab billing, imaging revenue cycle, or virtual care reimbursement models
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed RCM teams
• Deep knowledge of payer rules, coding, denial management, and healthcare compliance
