Job Summary

Driving outsourced revenue cycle management initiatives, the full-time Director of RCM Vendor Strategy will define and execute vendor strategies, oversee global team performance, and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance revenue integrity in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project implementation and management for RCM operational teams, ensuring effective performance across various functions
• Develop and execute a comprehensive vendor strategy aligned with organizational revenue cycle goals while managing vendor relationships and compliance
• Analyze financial performance and drive accountability for underperformance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong knowledge of RCM KPIs, workflows, and financial drivers
• Proven project management experience in multi-functional teams
• Expertise in data analytics, reporting, and performance optimization
