Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's long-term R&D and innovation strategy
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Establish regulatory systems and protocols to ensure full compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Herbal Science/Medicine, Botany, Pharmacognosy, or related certification
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in R&D and regulatory roles within natural products or dietary supplements
• Extensive knowledge of FDA regulations and cGMP compliance
• Proven track record of successful product development from concept to commercialization
• Strategic leadership experience with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams
