Key Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D leadership to define and execute operational strategies aligned with the product roadmap
• Establish R&D operating mechanisms for visibility and accountability, and implement project management methodologies
• Build and mentor a high-performing R&D Operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management and operational governance in a multi-product company
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle from concept to launch
• Proven ability to motivate teams for successful product launches with speed and quality
• Experience thriving in fast-paced, matrixed environments with competing priorities
• Financial understanding of resources, capacity, and outsourcing while being budget conscious
