Job Summary
Leading a team of project managers, the full-time salaried Director of R&D Program Management will oversee a portfolio of R&D development projects, ensuring effective execution and alignment with strategic objectives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor project managers to ensure successful project execution and team development
- Facilitate the New Product Development governance board and contribute to cross-business initiatives

- 10+ years of experience in the Medical Device/Pharma industry and R&D Project Management

- Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
