Director of R&D Project Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, R&D Project Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute late preclinical, IND-enabling, and early clinical development activities for TOR-101
• Develop and manage project management tools and track progress against project plans
• Coordinate interactions with internal teams and external partners to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, pharmacology, chemistry)
• 8-10 years of experience in R&D project management within biotech or pharmaceutical development
• Proven experience managing late preclinical and IND-enabling programs
• Experience in planning and managing toxicology studies
• Track record of supporting the preparation and submission of an IND
