A company is looking for a Director of Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead real estate strategy and manage major landlord portfolios for all brands
• Oversee the real estate pipeline process for lease transactions and ensure alignment with brand strategies
• Develop partnerships with landlords and brokers to drive results and influence change

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in Retail Real Estate on a national basis
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or business administration
• Extensive market and real estate knowledge with a proven track record in negotiations
• Strong understanding of lease administration and negotiation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across different business functions
