Key Responsibilities

• Lead global Real Estate & Facilities procurement strategy, managing category development for leases and construction
• Drive cost optimization and value creation across OPEX and CAPEX through effective negotiations and portfolio strategies
• Establish governance and performance management frameworks while collaborating with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Real Estate and Facilities procurement in large, multinational environments
• Strong commercial and financial acumen related to lease structures and financial modeling
• Experience with managed service providers, including contract negotiation and supplier management
• Proven success in leading global category strategies that impact corporate real estate costs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or postgraduate degree preferred, with professional certification in procurement beneficial
