Job Summary

To define and execute the future of work across a global portfolio, the full-time salaried Director of Real Estate Strategy will shape real estate strategy, evolve the hybrid operating model, and ensure a consistent workplace experience while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a global real estate and workplace strategy aligned with business priorities and post-merger integration goals
• Lead global portfolio management, including lease negotiations, site strategy, and space optimization across multiple regions
• Oversee workplace operations, ensuring compliant, safe, and resilient workplaces globally while enhancing employee engagement

Required qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in real estate, workplace, facilities, or operations leadership
• 5+ years leading distributed teams
• Proven experience managing global office portfolios and expertise in lease negotiation and workplace strategy
• Experience implementing hybrid workplace models and flexible workspace solutions
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and ROI analysis
