Director of Real World Evidence

Job Summary

Director of Real World Evidence will lead RWE studies and analyses using administrative claims data and EMR in a full-time, salaried position, ensuring the delivery of scientifically valid research and effective communication of RWE innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement RWE strategies in collaboration with internal partners to support the value of Jazz products
• Lead the design and execution of RWE research projects, including protocol development and statistical analysis plans
• Oversee RWE leadership across cross-functional teams and support operational processes related to RWE activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• PhD in epidemiology or related discipline
• Research experience with healthcare claims databases and EMR
• Familiarity with US and global healthcare delivery systems
• Experience in designing and analyzing RWE using administrative claims datasets and EMRs
• Track record of peer-reviewed scientific publications in RWE
