Director of Real World Evidence

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team of research professionals, the remote Director of Real World Evidence will oversee client studies in the pharmacy and biotech sectors, ensuring project quality, managing client relationships, and driving business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple research projects, ensuring timely delivery and financial performance
• Act as the primary client contact, providing expert guidance and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in business development activities, including leading study conceptualization and drafting proposals

Required qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in health economics and outcomes research, with at least four years in a consulting environment
• Master's degree in health services research or a related field
• Proven ability to manage and mentor direct reports effectively
• Strong understanding of financial performance related to project management
• Experience with observational and retrospective data analyses
