Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Reconciliation Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reconciliation and money movement domain, including ledgering logic and payout flows
• Document the existing system and create a clear, maintainable operational model
• Lead the architectural direction for resolving payout calculation issues and ensure alignment between Finance and Engineering

Required Qualifications

• Director level experience in financial systems or payments technology
• Strong accounting and financial background with knowledge of ledgers and reconciliation logic
• Deep understanding of how money moves through technical systems
• Experience in designing or owning financial system architecture
• Ability to diagnose system-level issues and guide engineering toward sustainable fixes
