Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting who will lead the organization's hiring strategy and recruiting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the talent acquisition strategy to achieve hiring goals
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and mentor the recruiting team
• Manage recruiting data, metrics, and processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience, preferably in-house
• 7+ years of experience leading and developing a team of recruiters
• Experience establishing and optimizing in-house recruiting processes
• Strong relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, or equivalent experience
