Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, analyze, and improve weekly hires at various organizational levels
• Manage the code process to meet or exceed recruiting objectives
• Lead and guide the Directors team in all aspects of recruiting

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of Sales Director experience
• Field-based experience at an AD Level or above
• Clear knowledge of the recruiting process for both in-person and virtual recruitment
• Working knowledge of recruiting-related reports and Epic Recruiting CRM
