Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Embedded Recruiting to lead full cycle recruiting and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle recruiting for multiple embedded roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
• Manage client relationships and provide strategic advice on talent markets and hiring best practices
• Collaborate with business development to evaluate and scope new embedded opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a staffing or agency environment
• Strong understanding of user research, UX design, and related talent markets
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of requisitions and client interactions effectively
• Experience collaborating with client stakeholders and navigating Vendor Management Systems (a plus)
• High integrity and ethical judgment, especially in sensitive situations
