Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Recruiting (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full cycle recruitment process for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Manage individual requisitions while coaching and mentoring team members
• Utilize Workday analytics to track key recruitment metrics and drive accountability within the team

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruiting roles
• Proven ability to lead and coach recruitment teams in a remote working environment
• Proficiency in Workday analytics and other recruitment tools
• Experience recruiting for multisite locations and remote employees
• Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical healthcare recruiting is advantageous but not required
