Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Recruiting to lead its global talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition coordinators
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting across multiple international markets
• Define and track KPIs to improve recruiting performance and provide reporting to leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition
• 1-3+ years of experience managing recruiters or recruiting coordinators
• Experience recruiting in at least one market outside the U.S
• Proven ability to manage recruiters and improve team performance using metrics
• Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
