Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Director of Recruiting & People Strategy will manage talent acquisition processes, optimize people systems, and enhance employee experience while overseeing a direct report and collaborating with leadership to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the recruiting pipeline, source candidates, and conduct structured interviews to ensure a strong candidate experience
- Design and implement people systems for onboarding, performance management, and employee retention aligned with company growth objectives
- Monitor hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making regarding workforce effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in remote or e-commerce environments
- 5+ years of progressive HR or people operations experience with leadership responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven track record of hiring across various roles, including marketing and leadership positions
- Experience with recruiting tech stacks and managing hiring systems effectively
