Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

To support rapid growth in government contracting, the full-time salaried Director of Recruiting will lead and scale the talent acquisition function, overseeing full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition strategy to support government contracts and long-term business growth
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Build and mentor a high-performing recruiting team while optimizing recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including technical and/or government contracting recruiting
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams
• Strong knowledge of technical recruiting and security clearance requirements
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics
