Job Summary
Leading a team of recruiters in a remote capacity, the full-time Director of Recruiting will drive performance, operational excellence, and consultant satisfaction while partnering with various departments to align recruiting efforts with business priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to meet production and customer satisfaction goals
- Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize recruiting efforts and drive revenue growth
- Optimize recruiting workflows and leverage technology to enhance productivity and efficiency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of agency recruiting experience within Healthcare IT staffing or a similar environment
- Preferred leadership experience managing high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms and AI-enabled recruiting tools
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
