Director of Recruiting

Job Summary

To support a growing oncology company, the fully remote Director of Recruiting will own the talent strategy, build and lead a recruiting team, and partner with leadership on workforce planning while managing critical corporate and clinical searches.

Key responsibilities

• Own the hiring plan by creating a comprehensive view of headcount needs tied to market launch timelines
• Diagnose and stabilize the recruitment funnel, intervening in roles at risk of missing launch timelines
• Build the market entry playbook by mapping the talent landscape in new markets for effective recruitment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role in a high-growth healthcare or tech-enabled services organization
• Experience managing hiring plans during periods of rapid scale, particularly in clinical and corporate talent acquisition
• Proven success in fast-paced environments, demonstrating comfort with ambiguity and rapid change
• Experience building recruiting operations, including ATS architecture and interview processes
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and compensation
