Job Summary

To shape and enhance the Talent Acquisition function, the full-time Director of Recruiting Operations will lead global recruiting operations, analytics, program management, and candidate experience, with the flexibility to work remotely or from offices in Austin, TX, or New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Recruiting Operations function, focusing on systems, analytics, project management, and candidate experience
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to define operational strategies for scaling and evolving the recruiting function
• Drive improvements in recruiting data, forecasting, and delivery models to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in recruiting operations leadership within a high-growth environment
• Proven track record of transforming recruiting operations to meet future business needs
• Strong familiarity with recruiting technology tools and experience in evaluating and implementing systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive adoption of new processes and tools in recruiting
• High level of business acumen and experience partnering with senior leaders on strategic decisions
