Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead recruitment strategies for high-volume staffing operations
- Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a Healthcare staffing or consulting business
- Preference for proficiency with ATS software, such as Greenhouse
- Experience in designing and implementing onboarding and training programs
