Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Recruitment and Talent Retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead recruitment strategies for high-volume staffing operations
  • Design and manage onboarding programs to ensure consistency and effectiveness
  • Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and enhance employee engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in a Healthcare staffing or consulting business
  • Preference for proficiency with ATS software, such as Greenhouse
  • Experience in designing and implementing onboarding and training programs
