Director of Referral Partnerships

Job Summary

To establish and deepen relationships with organizations in the K-12 district consulting and professional learning sectors, the full-time remote Director of Referral Partnerships will manage partner sourcing, program execution, and governance to develop new channel sales opportunities for supplemental offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate the supplemental and services landscape, building business cases for partnerships based on reach and reputation
• Own the partner lifecycle from initial conversation through contract execution and ongoing performance management
• Maintain channel pipeline and report on partner performance, proactively surfacing risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or GTM roles within edtech or K-12 services
• Direct experience building or operating within a channel or reseller program
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and create structure independently
