Job Summary

To enhance educational success through strategic data partnerships, the full-time salaried Director of Regional Data Analytics will manage data collection from local education agencies, analyze student achievement data, and strengthen organizational data practices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic data sharing partnerships with school districts and state agencies
• Lead regional student data collection projects, coordinating timelines and stakeholder communication
• Analyze and translate student achievement data into actionable insights for program improvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Local Education Agencies (LEAs) or State Education Agencies (SEAs) in assessments or data systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., R, Python, Power BI) for analyzing large student assessment datasets
• Strong project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external education stakeholders
• Commitment to maintaining student data privacy and exercising sound judgment in data stewardship
