Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with 12+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 10+ years of experience, including people management
- Proven leadership experience in managing marketing teams with a focus on field marketing or regional marketing functions
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS or technology field marketing, including events management and lead conversion strategies
- Strong operational and financial acumen with experience in managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
- Advanced proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for measuring campaign performance
