Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director to Director, Regulatory Affairs Advertising and Promotional Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regulatory expert within the client's Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) team, providing strategic counsel on commercial and development programs
• Review and approve advertising and promotional materials, ensuring compliance throughout the product lifecycle
• Maintain knowledge of FDA regulations and advise teams on compliance related to advertising and promotion of pharmaceutical products

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical/medical device advertising and promotional regulatory review
• Ability to work independently in a remote role with minimal oversight
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaborative mindset, effectively working with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree in a science discipline preferred
