Director of Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead and scale its regulatory function across product lines, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for regulatory affairs and lead the Manager of Regulatory Affairs
• Ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and dietary supplement regulations, including review of marketing materials and product labeling
• Develop and maintain regulatory documentation and partner with cross-functional teams to embed regulatory thinking in product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8-10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within the dietary supplement or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in FDA regulations (21 CFR 111 and 101) and FTC guidelines
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building or scaling a regulatory function in a high-growth company
