Director of Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary

To advance broadband and telecommunications initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Affairs will manage a diverse portfolio of client accounts, provide strategic regulatory consulting, and drive business development to enhance client relationships and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client representative and account manager for a diverse portfolio, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term client retention
• Provide expert guidance on state and federal compliance requirements, conducting in-depth research to solve complex regulatory challenges
• Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and leveraging industry relationships to support new business development

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 12 years of experience managing regulatory, compliance, and advisory matters for telecommunications providers
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity, including mentoring and coaching junior staff
• Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
• Outstanding client service skills with the ability to communicate complex regulatory matters clearly to various stakeholders
