Driving legislative and regulatory strategies for renewable energy, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Affairs - Ohio will manage advocacy initiatives, build relationships with policymakers, and influence policies related to solar and distributed energy resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives impacting renewable energy businesses, including solar and battery storage
- Develop and execute advocacy strategies before regulatory bodies to advance renewable energy objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, legislators, and industry stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Environmental Policy, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in public policy, legislative affairs, or renewable energy advocacy

- Proven ability to advocate effectively before regulators and legislators
- Existing relationships with regulators and renewable energy stakeholders are highly desirable
