Director of Regulatory Change

Job Summary

Leading complex compliance-related change initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Change will manage regulatory change tickets, translate legal impact assessments into actionable requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and documentation of compliance changes.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage medium-to-large regulatory and compliance change tickets from initiation to closure
• Translate legal and business needs into clear requirements for stakeholders to execute
• Coordinate with Legal and other teams to implement compliance-related system and process changes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in compliance management, regulatory change, or business analysis related to compliance and technology
• Familiarity with mortgage operations and understanding of regulatory impacts on workflows
• Experience with loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
• Proven ability to conduct validation and testing activities related to compliance changes
