Director of Regulatory Change
Job Summary
Leading complex compliance-related change initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Change will manage regulatory change tickets, translate legal requirements into actionable business processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and documentation of compliance changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the lifecycle of regulatory and compliance change tickets, from intake to closure documentation
- Translate legal and business needs into clear requirements for stakeholders across functions
- Coordinate with Legal and other teams to determine necessary updates to systems, processes, and policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Experience in compliance management, regulatory change, or business analysis related to compliance and technology
- Familiarity with mortgage operations and how regulatory requirements impact workflows
- Experience with loan origination systems, preferably Encompass
- Proven ability to develop and evaluate validation and testing activities related to compliance changes
