Director of Regulatory Compliance

Job Summary

Leading a high-functioning team, the full-time Director of Regulatory Compliance will enhance Pinterest's enterprise regulatory compliance program, focusing on major platform regulations while working remotely with occasional in-office collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and strengthen the regulatory compliance program, including governance frameworks, policies, and training
• Design and operationalize an AI-forward regulatory compliance program to improve efficiency and scalability
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and compliance evaluations, partnering with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, or audit functions within regulated environments
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing and mentoring compliance teams
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and the ability to operationalize complex requirements
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships
• J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent experience
