Director of Regulatory Management

Job Summary

Leading the organization's regulatory response initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Regulatory Response and Examination Management will manage inquiries, audits, and examinations from various regulatory bodies while developing frameworks and processes to minimize operational risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead for managing regulatory examinations, audits, and inquiries from federal and state regulators
• Coordinate cross-functionally to gather and produce accurate documentation in response to regulatory requests
• Build and maintain a regulatory examination readiness program, including staff training and policy development

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing relationships with regulators and investors in a regulated environment
• Demonstrated experience running multi-jurisdiction regulatory response programs
• Experience designing and scaling regulatory response processes
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional accountability without direct authority
• Strong written skills, capable of preparing drafts for legal and compliance review
